02 Case study · Warrix Sport PCL

Taking a sports brand beyond sport.

Warrix is known for sport. Its Active & Lifestyle line, T-shirts and polos especially, was close to invisible: some customers did not know it existed. The job was to find new segments and make the line top-of-mind.

AObjective

Grow awareness of the Active & Lifestyle segment, build followers and engagement, and drive sales while widening how people see the brand.

BThe problem

  • A strong perception of Warrix as only a sports brand
  • Little awareness of the lifestyle range
  • Low engagement on non-sport categories

CThe move

  • Re-segmented the audience by behaviour, interests and lifestyle
  • Reimagined the social presence on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, led by Facebook and IG
  • Content plans and creative briefs for designers, promotions and ad budgets tied to each campaign goal

DThe result

Followers and engagement grew on Facebook and Instagram, category awareness rose in the new segments, and conversion went from 0.4% to 3%.

LEGO Creator's Corner

In the UK, loyalty lagged awareness and the Fan Designer feature was under-used. Fans design their own set, share it with #LEGOCreatorsCorner, and winners get their name on the box and a spot at the LEGO London exhibition.
